However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sedesignsfl@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue. At SE Designs FL, all products are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges. To avoid sizing issues, please carefully review the size chart provided before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help! If an exchange is accepted, the item will need to be returned in the the original packaging, so please keep everything.
